Bot behaviour on YouTube

I saw this comment on a pretty old video of mine on YT.

The message in question

I'm 99% confident this is a bot and if you reason about it you may also figure out a pretty nice bot filtering rule from just this one example.

Show me the reasoning

As mentioned before, this is an old video. Even if you get a few thousand videos in the first few days it's normal these days to get a mere trickle of views a month later. In this case I checked and the video had 5 views in the last 48 hours.

So how on earth could a comment on the old video get 14 likes?

Combine that with the fact that this user, with an image that's most likely generated, is promoting 3rd party software and the fact that the account is only a few months old ... I'm confident somebody is trying to automate some "marketing".

If you know anybody who works at YouTube, feel free to pass this along. This feels exactly like the kind of behaviour that's easy to detect with a few business rules that should really clean up the place.
