I was browsing the datasets subreddit when I stumbled upon this post. It turns out that some people actually take the time to scrape data so that they can sell these as bundles on Etsy.

I don't know to what extent this is a common practice, but it was the first time I ever saw it.

By the way, I'm not suggesting anyone actually pay for this. It's not clear what the source is so there's a good chance that this might be a scam. But it's the first time that I saw an etsy boutique for downloadable datasets.
